World Soil Day 2024 was observed at Brahmanbaria Sadar Upazilla on 05.12.2024 with befitting manner. Chief guest PSO Mr. SM Zobaer al Arman described the importance of world soil day observation and boost agricultural production. MSTL team leader Dr. Md. Harun-or-Rashid delivered his lecture on balanced fertilization. SSO Mr. Dr. Shahadat Hossain showed the techniques of identification of adulterated fertilizers and and awareness of negative impact on soil fertility and production cost. SO Mr. Hafizur Rahman briefed on soil sample collection techniques. UAO Ms. Shahana Begum presided over the program.
